Swirled a cabernet in these and the bowl really does open up the nose nicely. The universal shape means I've stopped digging through the cabinet for separate red and white glasses.

The pulled stem is thinner than I expected but feels sturdy in the hand, and the wide bowl actually gets a good swirl going. Poured a pinot noir and a chilled rosé in the same glass and both smelled right.

I love how the universal bowl works just as well for a bold Cabernet as it does for a crisp Sauvignon Blanc—truly versatile. The crystal feels substantial but not heavy, and they make swirling a pleasure.
