The matte black finish is exactly what I needed to modernize my steak nights. It's surprisingly well-balanced in the hand, not heavy but still feels substantial.

I picked the polished silver finish to match my existing set and honestly it blends right in. The blade has a nice weight to it, heavier than my old knives, and it cuts through a roast without any wobble.

The matte silver option looks way more expensive on my table than I expected, and the weight feels solid without being awkward to hold. I've used it daily for a couple weeks now and it's holding up fine in the dishwasher.
