The 18/10 stainless steel feels really solid and substantial, much nicer than the flimsy stuff I've had before. I love that it comes as a matched pair with both a fork and a spoon, perfect for serving pasta dishes.

These have become the only two utensils I reach for when serving dinner. The fork actually grips slippery things like roasted zucchini, and the spoon holds a full cup of sauce without dripping. The set feels solid in hand without being clunky.

The 18/10 stainless has a nice weight to it, not flimsy like the cheap set I replaced. Used the fork to lift a roast chicken out of the pan and it didn't bend a bit.
