Waited a while to wash it before reviewing, and it came out of the machine looking brand new—the weave barely shifted. The wool feels dense underfoot but not scratchy, and our cat's knocked over a coffee mug twice with zero visible staining.

The wool feels soft underfoot but still holds a tight weave that's held up through daily foot traffic. I love that it's washable—spilled coffee, wiped it off with no stain left behind.

The weave on this rug feels really solid, and the New Zealand wool is noticeably softer than my last one. I knocked over a coffee mug and it wiped clean with just a damp cloth, no stain left behind. Only reason for four stars is the color looked a shade darker online than it does in person.
